On Sunday you want to catch your breath, you want to take it slow. Enjoy a bit of a sleep in, have a nice and healthy breakfast to fuel yourself up with healthy ingredients, you might want to hit the gym in the afternoon to gather strength for the coming week.
On Monday morning you want to feel refreshed and fit. Keep and open mind about all possibilities. Have your cup of coffee in the morning and write down a few things you want to achieve this week and then - GO FOR IT.
